If you submit the demo form and agree to a call, your name, business, email, phone number, location and message are sent to the enquiry workflow. That workflow can email you, alert the team, and — when the office is closed and the package allows it — have the AI assistant phone you. The call collects a preferred time. It confirms a booking only after a connected calendar accepts the slot.

The product itself is designed to handle enquiry and call data under the rules a business configures, including consent and do-not-call preferences. That processing is agreed separately and is not described here as a finished policy.
